Bali holds a special place in my heart for many reasons, and my fateful meeting with Elf, her magical spirit, and her feathers to match is a significant one of those reasons.
Our synchronistic feather extension date at my homestay in Ubud was the perfect finale to my soul searching Christmas pilgrimage one year ago, and the most appropriate ceremonial launching pad into the next chapter of my life. She literally gave me wings, showered me with love, and sent me back to Jakarta feeling empowered, beautiful, and capable of whatever I would be faced with.
